A physician's ability to educate and counsel is limited by the number of hours in a day and the number of patients that he/she can connect with in a lifetime of practice. The topics presented in the LifeMine are of great value to millions of people. Everyone needs health information that is accurate and well presented and there are so many topics and tools to share.

The LifeMine approach to counseling and teaching can reach people in a way that helps them to bring about necessary changes in lifestyle. It provides a framework for greater understanding of our body's function and our individual role in caring for it.

Use of the LifeMine system increases the accuracy and consistency in the

information that is shared. The system teaches people to gather and store

their information in a way that is useful to them and to the doctors, nurses,

and social workers involved in their care over the years.

The staff at EvantaCare presents information in a way that people can understand and in a format that can be referred to over and over again. It takes the valuable information that is presented in the doctor's office and allows people to take it home, review it and then develop a clear vision for how they will actually integrate the information into their lives.

People often comment about their frustration with the medical system in regard to gathering information. They often have to tell the same story over and over again. When a person uses the LifeMine for gathering information there is less need for repetitive questioning and there is much greater accuracy and consistency in the information that is shared.

Mission

EvantaCare, Inc. develops and sells health education products. It strives to empower the consumer with insight into the workings of the current health care system so they can play a more active role in attaining and maintaining optimum health.

History

EvantaCare was developed in response to a perceived need on the part of our society to increase individual knowledge about personal health and the health care system in order for people to get the most out of their health care interaction and health care dollars. Dr. Anthony DeLorenzo an Osteopathic physician and specialist in internal medicine founded the Company, in May 2004.

Dr. DeLorenzo has assembled a team of outstanding health care providers in a variety of disciplines to help develop the LifeMine. This product provides a system for gathering and storing personal health related information along with step-by-step instruction on how to utilize this information to maximize health and wellness.

The Company is developing a line of products to meet the growing demand for information that makes the current health care system more understandable, accessible and affordable.

Letter from the CEO

As an osteopathic physician and specialist in internal medicine, I am a counselor, educator, and healer. I have developed the LifeMine system, in an effort to reach out to more people and bring about greater well being.

My vision is for people to arm themselves with knowledge about personal health and adopt the understanding that our health and wellness is our greatest treasure and life-long responsibility. LifeMine puts the individual back in charge of their health. It raises the standard for how we perceive our health and our role in maintaining it.

This product is a basic operating system of what every-person should know about their health and wellness. This uniquely designed file folder with clearly labeled sections and separators gives detailed instruction on how and why to gather the recommended information.

The LifeMine system teaches people to gather and store their information in a way that is useful to them and to the doctors, nurses, and social workers involved in their care over the years.
